The IT Helpdesk‘s mission is to provide an excellent customer service including replying to requests for information and restoring the use of IT services to operational productivity when that has been impeded.
We have a fully staffed IT Helpdesk which operates during core hours:
We also offer a reduced service to Students and Staff outside of these hours by employing IT Helpdesk Advisors:

Our evening and weekend staff are not able to assist in the resolution of hardware or software faults other than to offer best advice if this necessitates leaving the IT Helpdesk area
