The Library holds a range of books and journals, as well as providing access to electronic journals and databases, DVD, internet, and much more. The Library provides a variety of learning environments including three open-access PC suites and bookable study rooms.
Opening Hours
Hours during the teaching semester:
- Monday–Friday: 8am–9pm
- Saturday and Sunday: 11am–6pm.
Evenings and weekends are Core and Non Core (Self Service) hours.
Archives & Special Collections:
The archive reading room is open for students, staff and researchers on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, 10am to 4pm and at other times by appointment only.

- For general and subject specific enquiries, ask at the Enquiry Points or ask Virtual Librarian, to do so go to MyZone and click on the Virtual Librarian link under My Tools. - The IT Helpdesk can assist with computer queries.
