The Welcome Centre (Student Enquiries)

Student Enquiries, situated in the Welcome Centre, has two main functions:

• to support students with changes to their Student Record
• to provide advice on entrance to all undergraduate, postgraduate or professional development study.

Student Records advice desk

This desk provides:

• advice relating to changes or queries regarding your Student Record
• advice regarding examinations and assessments
• access to a range of forms such as discounted travel, standard letters to open bank accounts, or for Local Authority or Visa purposes.

Course advice and guidance

We also provide:

• information and advice on undergraduate, postgraduate and professional development programmes
• advice about admissions procedures
• information about events or open days for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.

Location

Student Enquiries is based in the Welcome Centre in Digby Stuart College. To find it, enter the University's main entrance on Roehampton Lane, turn left, walk behind the Lee House hall of residence and then you will see the Welcome Centre in front of you.

We are open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
